Higher One is currently seeking seasonal work at home customer service agents for positions beginning January 2nd and lasting through March of 2014. Hours are 25 per week, Monday through Friday. No weekend work is required. Scheduling is flexible.
You will be answering incoming phone calls from college students/account holders. Previous banking customer service experience is a big plus, but not required.
This peak season will last through the middle of March 2014. However, the company has three peak seasons a year, and those who perform well will be welcome to work future peak seasons.
The following work-from-home shifts are available (listed in EST):
11 am to 4:15 pm
12:00 pm to 5:30 pm
1 pm to 6:15 pm
2 pm to 6:00 pm
2:15 pm to 6:30 pm
Requirements include: call center customer service or previous work-from-home experience working with a high call volume, strong technical abilities, the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive, upbeat conversational tone, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while remaining patient.
