Higher One is currently hiring home-based tuition payment plan customer care agents in the U.S.  As a Higher One customer service agent, you will be responding to inbound phone inquiries and email requests from account holders and providing support to students and families setting up and managing tuition payment plans through the company.

According to the company, “Higher One is a leader in higher education and we support more than 1,600 college and university campuses with over 13 million enrolled students.”

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Internal applicants must be in good standing
  • Ability to work a full time schedule
  • Must be meeting or exceeding performance expectations in your current position

These are full-time positions.  You must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, be detail-oriented, and be able to work well independently.
