Higher One Seasonal Work at Home Customer Service Jobs!

Higher One is seeking seasonal work-at-home customer support in the following U.S. states: CT, CO, FL, NC, TX, GA, MI, IL, IN and VA.  Paid training classes start in December 2012. You will be dealing with inbound telephone inquiries and email requests from Higher One customers, assisting them with questions and issues regarding their account.

You must be at least 18, and you must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.  Additionally, you must have a quiet home work space, and you must be able to pass a credit and background check.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience in customer support and/or data entry.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional phone manner and the patience to handle customer complaints.
  • Prior bank or call center experience is helpful.
  • Bilingual/Spanish a plus.
  • BA/BS  is preferred.
