Hire Networks is seeking work-at-home chat and phone customer support for one of its clients. You must reside in one of the following: NC, TX, IN or FL. Part and flex-time shifts are available. Compensation will be in the $11.00 – $15.00/hr. range, dependent upon experience.
Requirements (from job listing):
- Must be customer-focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve customer issues. Going above and beyond is the standard.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Specialists must be quick to provide helpful and friendly answers over the phone and live chat.
- Very familiar with cPanel and WHM; strong familiarity with DNS, FTP, and email.
- Must have basic knowledge of Apache, MySQL, PHP, other standard technologies.
- Must be able to work under pressure when bad stuff happens and get job done.
- Multitasking is also a must. May be doing chat and phone at the same time.
- Must be able to ask customers for complete error message or derive the context of their problem if they provide insufficient information.
