Talk2Rep is hiring 10 home-based chat and phone customer service reps in the U.S. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

“Talk2Rep is currently staffing for work at home professionals to join our dynamic team! Work at home agents play a vital role, liaising between various customers and the business entities which we represent.”

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Ability to type from 30WPM – 50WPM with zero errors.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided to you.
  • Ability to independently research information via the internet.
  • Sales experience a plus!
  • Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills a MUST!

You must have a hardwired Internet connection and a Windows operating system.

In this home-based position, you will be helping customers by answering questions, resolving issues, researching answers, and finding solutions.

Pay is hourly.  The job listing does not state the pay rate. Full training is provided by the company.
