Home-Based Chat Customer Service with Tastemade

Tastemade is seeking home-based chat customer service agents in the U.S. to assist users of its Facet app! If you’re a food and travel lover, this might be the perfect work at home job for you!

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • 2+ years experience managing customer service requests online preferably in the form of social media support, user requests, user questions, and / or general support.
  • A charismatic, friendly personality and a love of interacting with users online and via Chat.
  • A passion for Tastemade and Facet and a positive, upbeat attitude!

This home-based position is a contract position.

As a Facet customer service agent, you will assist users with travel needs via chat. You will be provided full training and scripts.

You will also log conversations in a provided template, follow up with users by email, and communicate daily with the Facet team.
