Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- 2+ years experience managing customer service requests online preferably in the form of social media support, user requests, user questions, and / or general support.
- A charismatic, friendly personality and a love of interacting with users online and via Chat.
- A passion for Tastemade and Facet and a positive, upbeat attitude!
This home-based position is a contract position.
As a Facet customer service agent, you will assist users with travel needs via chat. You will be provided full training and scripts.
You will also log conversations in a provided template, follow up with users by email, and communicate daily with the Facet team.
