Innovations for Learning is seeking home-based chat support agents on a temporary basis. This project will run until June 1st, 2020.
Hours are four to five per day, taking place in the morning.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
Required Attributes:
- Understand PC software environment and Microsoft Windows.
- Good grammar, spelling, and command of the English language.
- Patient and professional with good customer service skills.
- Comfortable with customer service software (LiveChat).
- Two years of help desk/support experience.
Education
- Two year Associates degree preferred.
Responsibilities (from listing):
- Interact with working professions who volunteer their time to remotely mentor first grade students.
- Remote into laptops to resolve issues and assist volunteer tutors.
- Track issues, tag chats, and create tickets.
- Watch for trends that indicate potential problems.
- Keep co-workers and management informed of trends, significant problems, unexpected delays, and anything new that is presented in the tutoring environment.
Compensation for this home-based chat support position is $17.00 per hour.
