Home-Based Customer Service with Conduit Global

Conduit Global is hiring home-based customer service in Texas.  You must have six months of prior customer service experience.

You must be able to complete 8 weeks of paid training at the company’s San Antonio location prior to beginning work from home. You will be offering customer support for phone, Internet, and cable services.

Requirements (from home-based job listing):

  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Wired webcam
  • Headset
  • Monitor 19 inch or larger
  • Broadband Internet
  • Dedicated land line
  • Must have a dedicated workspace area
  • Perform logical troubleshooting
  • Flexibility to work a split shift
  • Document troubleshooting steps and confirm resolution of reported trouble
  • Listen to customers and comprehend reason for call (e.g., status, trouble report)
  • Computer knowledge: must be able to navigate multiple applications to reach customer resolution
  • Perform other duties as required
