Alere is seeking home-based national account customer service reps in the U.S. The main focus of these positions is to provide excellent customer care.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Preferred Bachelor of Science degree, but not required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Have excellent computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to communicate professionally both orally and written
- 3-5 years previous customer service experience, preferably within a call center environment
