  • Has pharmacy or medical office background and/or experience with medical terminology (preferred)
  • Has good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Cares about helping customers
  • Can type 40 words per minute
  • Has the ability to multitask well
  • Can adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Can maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus (not a requirement)
