Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- 1+ year of experience in customer-facing call center operations
- Experience working in a business-to-business environment is preferred
- Track record of quick problem solving and follow-through focused on issue resolution and complete customer satisfaction
- Good writing skills and full English fluency
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Good energy level and enthusiasm for delivering a great customer experience
- Clearly defined track record of success in a customer facing capacity
- Comfortable working with call center software and scheduling tools

- Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
