Nordstrom’s HauteLook is hiring home-based customer service representatives in California. You must be able to train in L.A. for six days prior to beginning work from home.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency
- Good listening, critical and analytical skills
- Has “thick skin” and is able to handle complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Ability to navigate Control Panel, clear cookies and cache
- Must have an understanding of different internet browsers
- Competently multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Eager to assist customers, with a desire to improve customer satisfaction
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Ability to train in office for 6 days
- Ability to work 40 hours per week. The call center is open between 6am and 10pm, 7 days a week.
You must have a quiet home office, high-speed Internet, and an up-to-date computer for this home-based position.
