Requirements:
- 1-2 years Customer service phone experience. Ecommerce experience a plus.
- Excellent phone and written communication skills,
- Medicare or Insurance billing experience or knowledge
- Experience and comfort in navigating the Internet.
- Ability to adapt well to change and multi-task effectively.
A bachelor or associate’s degree, bilingual ability, or experience in Microsoft Office are all definite pluses, but not requirements for this home-based position.
