Concentrix is again hiring home-based product support specialists nationwide in the U.S. to provide excellent customer service to its clients. Both part-time (20 to 35 hours per week) to full-time (40 hours per week) home-based positions are available.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year+ customer service experience
  • Competency using Microsoft Windows
  • Exceptional communication & verbal skills
  • Strong soft skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Able to easily build rapport with customers
  • Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work evenings and weekend

Compensation for these telecommute positions starts at $9.25 per hour with monthly performance incentive opportunities. Training is paid.

Full-time home-based employees receive medical benefits.

You must have high-speed Internet and a quiet home office from which to work.
