Uber, an online driving service, is currently hiring home-based email customer support agents from across the U.S. You will be providing remote email support via the company’s support platform. You will be troubleshooting issues, problem solving, building loyalty among users, and escalating issues as necessary.

Schedules total 40 hours per week and are on a fixed schedule. Some weekend and weekly evening shifts are required.
You must have a home computer and high-speed, reliable Internet access. A college degree, experience with ZenDesk, and experience working from home are all a plus, but not required.
