All home-based seasonal order corrections agents will apply, train, and onboard completely from home.

Computer Requirements:
- Must have your own PC
- Must be less than 6 years old and running Microsoft Windows 10 (Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)
- Must have high-speed internet service (5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload)
- Must be hard-wired while working (you can work from a laptop but Wi-Fi/Wireless are not supported)
- An approved headset will be required
- Must have computer and virus protection
- Must have anti-virus installed and up-to-date (Windows 10 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported)
Schedule Requirements:
- This is a temporary position for the holiday season. We have full-time day shifts and part-time evening shifts and classes available. Please plan to work mid-November through the end of December.

Responsibilities (from listing):
- Analyzes pended orders and corrects errors in addresses, credit card numbers, selections, prices, ship dates and related items. Utilizes computer software, internet and other resources to correct orders.
- Contacts customers via phone, email, and mail to resolve pended order issues.
- Updates customer database with address changes, mail list changes and enters catalog requests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
