InfoCision is seeking work-at-home customer service reps in the Gallipolis, OH area. You will be required to attend four weeks of onsite training prior to beginning from home.
You must have excellent verbal and written abilities, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and be willing to accept constructive criticism and adapt accordingly. No experience is necessary. However, previous customer care experience is a definite plus. Finally, you must have basic computer skills.
You will have a regular set schedule each week. The company prefers to promote from within, so there is opportunity for advancement.
