ING Financial Services is seeking home-based customer contact center reps in Texas to provide excellent customer service, while promoting the organization’s products and services. Additionally, you will be serving as a primary contact between financial professionals, clients, and other organization staff.
Comprehensive training will be provided. A new training class starts on August 4, 2014
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- High School diploma or equivalent. BA degree preferred.
- 1+ years customer service experience
- NASD Series 6 Certification; additional licenses/registrations as required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with superlative communication abilities and a basic understanding of financial concepts.
