Insperity is seeking work at home membership advisors in Nevada to provide excellent customer service for WealthCounsel. As a membership advisor, you will be responsible for new member onboarding, concierge services, and member outreach.
Qualifications (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented for data entry and process follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Call center experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of SalesForce is a plus
- Paralegal experience is a plus
- Marketing experience with a focus on small business is a plus
- Occasional travel required for company events
