KellyConnect is hiring home-based customer support in all three U.S. time zones. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of one year of customer service experience. This is a long-term, 100% virtual position.
As a KellyConnect Tier 1 Advisor, you will be answering and resolving support questions and ensuring resolution of issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be upselling features/products to benefit the customer when possible.
- Advanced “User-level” knowledge of computer technology and computer operating systems
- Opening, closing, collapsing, and switching between various applications and windows/sessions
- Downloading, opening, saving, printing, and/or deleting files; copy/cut/paste text
- Managing, installing, uninstalling, application programs and software
- Experience with the following devices
- Personal computer (PC) or Apple Mac computer
- Smartphone, PDA’s, or MP3 players
- Music downloading, organizing, CD Ripping
- Understanding of Internet concepts and features; navigation to Web addresses; Internet security (SSL)
- Able to manage usernames and passwords for multiple sites; experience with search engines
- Internet research abilities; able to use email, including Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, Comcast, etc.
- Ability to organize email, maintain folders, manage attachments and downloads
Finally, you must have a quiet home office, free of distractions, and you must be able to pass all pre-employment screening and background checks prior to hire.
