Lord & Taylor is seeking work-at-home night customer support professionals in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area. Upon successful completion of training onsite, you will be allowed to perform this position from your own home. You will be assisting customers via telephone and mail.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and you must be professional and courteous in your dealings with both customers and colleagues. Accurate data entry skills are a must. Additionally, you must be highly organized and able to multitask.
