Nordstrom’s HauteLook is seeking part-time work at home member care representatives in California and Nevada (may be available elsewhere; it’s unclear). As a member care rep, you will be providing excellent customer service, answering member questions, communicating with customers via email, phone, and chat, and interacting with supervisors to address issues and concerns.
Requirements (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can convey ideas, policies, and information to customers using clear and concise language
- A clear speaking voice with a professional tone
- Has “thick skin” and is able to handle complaints in a calm and professional manner, even when handling unpleasant customers
- Eye for detail and spotting trends
- Passion for the fashion industry
- Ability to work 20+ hours per week. There are several available shifts; the call center is open between 6am and 10pm, 7 days a week
You must have a quiet home office, high-speed Internet, and an up-to-date computer for this work at home position.
