Optimal Wellness Labs is seeking work at home client support professionals in the United States. These are part-time positions. Expected hours are between 15 and 20 per week.

Job Responsibilities (from work-at-home job listing):
- You will provide a “wow” support experience to our clients through phone and email interactions. Your interactions will be organic and compelling. You will listen carefully and react thoughtfully and meaningfully– meeting our clients where they’re at. (In other words, no autopilot!)
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, product questions, billing issues, or general inquiries. Compensation is an hourly rate, plus a monthly bonus for excellent performance, plus a regular bonus for team performance.
