Optimal Wellness Labs is seeking work at home client support professionals in the United States. These are part-time positions. Expected hours are between 15 and 20 per week.

According to the company’s listing, it is “a successful online marketer and distributor of biological health evaluation services. Our programs include a range of online tools and support services for our clients to use as they try to get healthier.”

Job Responsibilities (from work-at-home job listing):

  • You will provide a “wow” support experience to our clients through phone and email interactions. Your interactions will be organic and compelling. You will listen carefully and react thoughtfully and meaningfully– meeting our clients where they’re at. (In other words, no autopilot!)
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, product questions, billing issues, or general inquiries. But most importantly, you’ll be responsible for helping our clients get the most out of their relationship with not only our company and our offerings, but to also help them use what we offer to improve their relationship with their own health.
  • You will turn challenges into opportunities by helping our clients move toward a positive outcome in their own journeys to better health. You will be passionate about making people’s lives better, and it will show.
  • You will be an integral part of our small, tight-knit client support team—and our sole purpose is to work together to serve our clients. It’s not just your work, it’s our work. And we mean that!
  • You will learn everything you can about our products and services so that you can pass your knowledge along to our clients. Compensation is an hourly rate, plus a monthly bonus for excellent performance, plus a regular bonus for team performance.
