Alere Health’s Optum is hiring work at home registration intake specialists in the following U.S. states: Connecticut, Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Minnesota. You will be speaking with members of the company’s Stop Smoking for Life program via inbound and outbound phone calls.
These are full-time positions.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listings):
- High school diploma/GED.
- Must be able to create, edit, save, and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 6+ months customer services (in person or telephonic).
- Must be able to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and perform data entry.
- 2+ years tobacco-free.
Experience working in a call center or in a clerical or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
