Percepta Hiring Work at Home Online Chat Customer Service

Percepta is hiring work at home online chat customer service in Florida. You must be able to train in Melbourne for six to eight weeks prior to beginning work from your own home office.

Your schedule after training will be 2:30 pm to 11 pm three weekdays a week and both Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

* BA/BS Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism,  or related field of study preferred or equivalent work experience

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with potential customers

* Superior written and oral English skills, with demonstrated successful use of proper grammar, rules of composition, and spelling without spellcheck

* Demonstrated success in journalistic writing and proofreading skills; ability to adapt communication style to fit the style of others

* Demonstrated ability to interject personality into written content without crossing professional boundaries

* Ability to comprehend complex editorials; ability to reduce complex ideas to simple, succinct messages

* Savvy in customer interaction and communication style; ability to sway others through written correspondence

* Superior problem solving skills

* Strong computer and typing skills; speed and accuracy of 30 WPM required

* Intermediate computer skills, i.e. Web browsing, email; basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred

* Two years customer service experience w/ emphasis on chat required; able to maintain highest level of confidentiality

* Able to work in a team environment; ability to work in a multitasked environment, while prioritizing and organizing

* Ability to adhere to a strict work schedule; ability to adapt to a changing work schedule (nights until 11 pm and weekends required)

* High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent in relevant work experience required

* Must be able to interact with all internal and external departments and contacts in a courteous, professional manner

* Must represent Percepta professionally with all client and external organizations and contacts
