PlanetShoes is seeking work-at-home customer service. Some weekends will be required. This is a 40 hour-per-week position. You must have at least one year of customer care experience in an online or call center environment.
You will be assisting customers as they navigate the site and place orders. You will also assist in resolving any issues that may occur.
You must have outstanding communication abilities, phone skills, and knowledge of the computer and Internet. You must be a multitasker, able to work in a team environment, but also indepedently.
