Pottery Barn Hiring 15 Work at Home Customer Service Agents

Williams-Sonoma and Pottery Barn are seeking 15 part-time work at home customer service agents. Compensation is $11 per hour to start.

Training is paid, and new training starts on April 7, 2014.  The company does offer reward and recognition programs, vacation, sick, and personal time off, and a 401K.

It appears you must live in Nevada for this position, but it’s not clear that’s the case.

Further Requirements (from home-based job listing):

  • Warm, friendly, upbeat
  • Service oriented
  • Experienced with MS Word and Excel
  • High-speed Internet
  • Land-line telephone
  • Quiet workspace
  • Computer with Windows 7 or 8, Intel Pentium 4 (dual-core) or AMD (dual-core) 3.5 GHz per core, with 4GB RAM
  • Have a keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
