Privia Health Hiring Home-Based Member Services Agents

Privia Health is currently hiring home-based member services reps in the United States. You will assist customers seeking information about the company’s products and services, assist with billing, help customers to enroll, monitor requests for help from members, and more.

These are full-time, entry-level positions.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
  • You have 1-2 years of full time experience in a front-line customer service role providing customer service via the Web, the phone, and email.
  • You should be very familiar using software such as Word, Excel, Web Browsers, and Browser based web applications.
  • You’re highly organized, high energy, and a productive person with a fanatical attention to detail.
  • You are most happy when you are able to get to the bottom of a customer’s issue and do whatever it takes to address it.
  • You have an analytical mind and are always looking for ways to improve a recurring process.
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly to a group of diverse individuals and are able to be the customer’s advocate.
  • Medical billing experience is a plus, but not required
  • You’re a multitasker, able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • You understand and embrace the advantages and disadvantages of working in a start-up – you’re willing to help invent the solution.
