QLess is seeking a work-at-home technical customer relations manager. This job is available anywhere in the U.S. You will be providing customer service to clients via phone and email. You must be extremely organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of getting things done.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, without a strong non-U.S. accent
- 2+ years experience with customer relations management
- 1+ years experience with SQL
- A passion for making the world a better place
Experience with JIRA and MySQL is a plus, as is fluency in spoken and written Spanish (but not required).
