Quintiles is seeking a home-based virtual customer liaison to join its team in the U.S. You will provide support to both a project manager and customers by phone and online. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent (college degree preferred).
Specifically, you will (from work-at-home job listing):
- Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies, and procedures and meets quality and timeline metrics.
- Works with a high degree of accuracy to effectively handle electronic and telephonic inquiries within their scope, and appropriately routing inquiries requiring clinical intervention to the CDEs.
- Conducts inbound and outbound calls to patients to successfully enroll and retain them in client programs, and electronically documents all encounters. Some evening hours may be required.
- Uses software to schedule and maintain master calendars for patient and HCP sessions; coordinates assignments with CDEs.
- Tracks and reports statistics and other data.
Further Job Requirements (from listing):
- 3+ years experience working in Excel, Microsoft Word and/or database programs; ability to generate reports.
- 3+ years of live or telephonic patient interactions in a physicians practice, insurance company, or other similar environment.
- Ability to create a home office environment. A home office must create an atmosphere that is conducive to telephonic conversation without interruption, with reliable Internet access.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated time management skills; planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
- Demonstrated effective presentation skills; ability to motivate others; excellent interpersonal (written and verbal) skills – with demonstrated effectiveness to work cross-functional and independently
- Demonstrated ability to develop, follow, and execute developed plans in an independent environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build positive relationships both internally & externally
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable to changing work environments and responsibilities
