RealDose Nutrition Hiring Work at Home Customer Service

RealDose Nutrition is seeking work at home customer service to answer inbound calls, interact via email, as well as communicate via Facebook and chat with customers.  This is a 35 hour-per-week position.

According to the listing, you will be”assisting customers with placing new orders, returns, exchanges, searching our website for information and general product info (think personal shopper extraordinaire).”

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

*Has a passion for natural health; is practicing a healthy lifestyle and likes helping others to be healthy.
*Pleasant and professional sounding voice.
*High level technical and Internet navigation skills.
*Strong customer service skills.
*Inbound call center experience.
*Knowledge and/or experience in natural health. Weight loss, medical, nutrition, or fitness background preferred.
*Consultative sales experience.
*Management experience is a plus.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. Compensation starts at $13 per hour plus commissions.
