Revolutions, Inc. is hiring work at home customer service reps in the United States to answer inbound phone calls and provide excellent customer support from a home office. These are full-time positions.

- 1-2 years customer service phone experience
- Ecommerce experience a plus
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Medicare or insurance billing experience or knowledge
- Experience and comfort in navigating the Internet
- Ability to adapt well to change and multitask effectively
A college degree, bilingual abilities, and experience with Microsoft Office Outlook and Word are all a definite plus, but not a requirement, for this work from home position.
The customer service office is open from 9:00 am-9:00 pm EST, M-F and 10:00 am-4:00 pm EST Saturday and Sunday. You must be willing to work a variety of shifts during those time periods.
