ReWork is seeking seasonal work at home happiness specialists to provide excellent customer service to Marie Forleo customers and community members via email and social media.
You must have reliable high-speed Internet, and you must be a U.S. citizen.
Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):
- At least two years of professional customer service experience
- An independent self-starter who can excel in a virtual work environment
- Comfortable writing emails and able to do so quickly and carefully
- Open to being coached and receiving feedback
- Smart, empathetic, and enjoy helping others
- Resourceful and able to solve problems with little assistance
- Enjoys working alone with daily team check-ins
- NOT a life or business coach and doesn’t want to be a coach; understands that providing customer service is very different from coaching
- Takes relationships seriously and enjoys cultivating relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and not afraid to voice your opinion with a team
- Detail oriented
- Able to keep your cool
- Loves lists and spreadsheets; extremely organized
Compensation is competitive. This is a full-time, seasonal work at home customer service position.
