RiseSmart is hiring work-at-home transition specialists in the following U.S. states: Washington, Kentucky, New Mexico, Utah, Tennessee, Michigan, Illinois, Texas, New York, and Maryland. You will be providing customer service and job search coaching.
These are part-time positions. Training is paid and online.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- 5-10 years of career coaching or agency recruiting experience a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Coaching Certification a plus
- Experience in career services, job search or outplacement programs a plus.
- Strong comfort level communicating with senior level executives
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
- Excellent listening skills
- Multi-tasking and strong organizational skills
- Outstanding follow up skills are critical
- Excellent rapport building skills – a “natural ability” to make clients feel cared about
- Strong sense of empathy, positive outlook, ability to motivate others
- Proficient with basic computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
You must have a personal computer with high-speed Internet access, and you must have a quiet home office, free from distractions and background noise during working hours.
