Ruby Lane Hiring Work at Home Customer Support Reps

Ruby Lane is seeking work-at-home shop reviewers/customer support professionals. You must reside in one of the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma or Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position.

You must have a quiet home office, free of distractions.  You must be able to work independently and effectively manage your time.  Finally, you must be flexible, levelheaded, able to multitask, and capable of working well as part of a team.

Additionally, you must have excellent verbal and written abilities. This position requires working Saturdays, indefinitely. Occasional travel will be required. The company provides a laptop while you work with them.  You must be able to perform basic computer and software maintenance.

Additional Requirements (from job listing):

  • Certification(s) with a recognized Gemological association are required.
  • Extensive knowledge of Antique & Vintage Jewelry — you must have knowledge of the various types of gemstones within the marketplace and be able to identify them.
  • Familiarity with selling online or providing customer support to online sellers.
  • Experience with general antiques, collectibles, and/or fine art is a plus.
  • Availability on or before March 1, 2013.
