purple-flower-hedge-imageSafe Auto Insurance Company is hiring part-time work at home customer service in Ohio. You must be able to train for eight weeks in Easton prior to beginning work from home.

In this home-based position, you will be analyzing and answering inquiries and requests from customers about their insurance policies.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Zero to six months related experience and/or training.
  • Basic knowledge of all states guidelines, policies, and procedures (training provided)

Specific Duties (from listing):

  • Adheres to all Safe Auto Insurance Company policies and procedures, as outlined in the Associate’s Handbook and the CSD Service Plan.
  • Answers and responds to all customer questions, concerns and policy updates.  Responds to calls from outside businesses and companies as it pertains to banks, lien holders, and courts.  Provides forms and documentation while working with other departments to process customers’ request.  Completes follow up for missing and incomplete information.
  • Answers all customer questions via the telephone and mail.
  • Processes all changes/endorsements requested by customers via telephone, e-mail, and U.S. mail.
  • Provides customers with specified forms and routes completed forms to various units for processing.
  • Analyzes policy transactions and corrects company records to adjust errors.
  • Prints endorsements and correspondence for insureds.
  • Depending on shift will respond to after hour claims calls and complete call back sheets for Sales after hour calls.
  • Other, related duties, as assigned.

A new training class begins November 10, 2014.
