Sedgewick CMS is seeking work-at-home customer support agents in the Lexington, KY area (position may be available elsewhere in the U.S.). You will be expediting the claims application process, ensuring correct case assignment, and acting as customer liaison to resolve issues.
You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of one year of customer care experience. You must also be computer literate and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Finally, you must be familiar and experienced with Microsoft Office products and have good typing abilities.
