Sedgwick CMS Hiring Home-Based Customer Service Agents

Sedgwick CMS is hiring home-based customer service agents in Tennessee.  You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and one year of clerical or customer support experience.  You must be available four weekdays and one weekend day per week.

Additional Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Shift start times are between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm CST. Sedgwick provides payment for Internet and a dedicated phone line.  You must have a quiet home office space, free of distractions.
