ShopNBC is seeking work-at-home customer service agents in Minnesota! These are part-time positions of 25 to 30 hours per week. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must live within 60 miles of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Other Requirements (from job listing):
- Must be available and flexible to work within the timeframe of 7:00 AM– 1:00 AM, 7 days a week, to include a minimum of 8 hours across the weekend. Candidates who desire to work all weekend hours are welcome.
- Must meet the Minimum Technical Requirement and Internet Service Providers.
- Must live in or within 60 miles of Eden Prairie, MN
- Must be able to come on-site to the headquarters for 1 week of paid training.
- Highly PC literate and have your own PC with a reliable high-speed Internet connection
- Able to type 35 words per minute
- Prior call center experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Fundamental math skills required.
