Sitel is seeking home-based customer service agents in Georgia. The company is hiring for part-time, full-time, and bilingual (English/Spanish) positions.
Requirements (from home-based job listing):
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience a plus; all projects will involve sales
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
- Professional and articulate voice
- Ability to multi-task in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude
You must have a quiet home office, high-speed Internet (cable or DSL), and a computer with a minimum speed requirement of (Upload 1.5MBps and Download 1.5MBps).
