Skybridge Americas is again hiring work at home customer service agents in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Georgia. These are full and part-time work at home positions. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.

All training takes place from home! Training for these home-based positions is paid.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Outbound calling or sales experience is a plus
  • Providing a second-to-none customer experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills; follow-up and follow-through is critical
  • Excellent technology/systems skills and ability to multi-task by navigating multiple computers programs while on the phone
  • A quiet space to work, free from background noise and distraction

Scheduling is flexible. In addition to hourly compensation, work at home agents are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability, as well as growth opportunities and paid vacation time!

Equipment Requirements (from job listing):

  • Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)*
  • Windows 8.1 or newer (Windows 10 preferred)
  • Must have extra monitor/s.
  • A good quality USB headset with a mute button is required for online training and handling live customer calls.
