Spherion is seeking multiple work at home customer service reps in Wisconsin on a temp to hire basis for one of its clients. You must be friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with the public.
You also must be able to work a shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
You will be answering incoming calls, researching information, providing responses, and keeping notes on these interactions.

- Excellent communication skills
- Sound computer skills
- Customer service experience (call center experience required)
Experience with health insurance, flexible spending, or other benefit product knowledge isn’t required, but is a definite plus!
