Staffmark is seeking 100 work-at-home customer service agents in the U.S. Both part and full-time schedules are available. Training is paid. You will undergo six weeks of remote training via the Internet. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, as well as six months of customer support, retail, or call center experience.
You must be willing to work some evenings and weekends, once training is complete. Additionally, you must be computer savvy, familiar with a Windows Vista or 7 environment, and have excellent multitasking abilities. Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must.
You must be able to deal patiently with customers, accept constructive feedback, and demonstrate a positive attitude at all times. Finally, you must have excellent decision making abilities and be capable of working in a team environment.
