Requirements (from job listing):
- High school diploma or GED; minimum 6+ months of recent customer service, retail, or call center experience;able to type minimum of 30 WPM
- Must be flexible to work shifts as required (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Home office space free of distractions; computer with Vista, Windows 7 0r 8
- High speed internet service; residential phone (land line) No cells
- Corded headset with noise reduction microphone
- Previous, proven success of working from home a plus
- High level of PC knowledge including familiarity with a Windows Environment.
- Outstanding multi-tasking abilities – will use several computer screens when supporting the customer
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers in a fast paced customer focused call center
- Ability to get along with others, accept constructive feedback; positive attitude
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service
- Strong decision making and analytic abilities; help desk experience is a plus
