Requirements (from job listing):

  • High school diploma or GED; minimum 6+ months of recent customer service, retail, or call center experience;able to type minimum of 30 WPM
  • Must be flexible to work shifts as required (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Home office space free of distractions; computer with Vista, Windows 7 0r 8
  • High speed internet service; residential phone (land line) No cells
  • Corded headset with noise reduction microphone
  • Previous, proven success of working from home a plus
  • High level of PC knowledge including familiarity with a Windows Environment.
  • Outstanding multi-tasking abilities – will use several computer screens when supporting the customer
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner and ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers in a fast paced customer focused call center
  • Ability to get along with others, accept constructive feedback; positive attitude
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service
  • Strong decision making and analytic abilities; help desk experience is a plus
