Staples is currently hiring home-based help desk support in the following U.S. states: Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. Both part and full-time opportunities are available.
You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and two years of tech customer support experience. Additionally, you must be able to work from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.
Preferred (but not required) Skills (from work-at-home job listing):
• Current and past technical knowledge and skills, as well as the ability to educate others
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to keep detailed and accurate notes, as well as history of service events
• Operational knowledge of Staples Technical Services policy and procedures
• Problem solving skills as it relates to PCs and technology
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and productivity
