Requirements (from job listing):
- 18 years of age or older; High School Graduate or GED required.
- Some college preferred; 6 months experience in tech support/customer care/back office/accounting/sales preferred
- Fluent written & verbal English; premium if bilingual Spanish, German, French, Japanese
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Reliable with a good work ethic; self-starter; disciplined; quiet home office
- Friendly, outgoing and like working with people
- Ability to multitask: using multiple browsers, handling multiple chats at once.
- Tech and Internet savvy; able to work unsupervised; flexible to work variety of shifts
Training is paid. Medical, dental, and visual benefits are available after 90 days for full-time employees. A variety of shifts are available.
