StarTek is currently seeking work-at-home customer service professionals in Cincinnati, Ohio. You must live within 50 miles of downtown Cincinnatti, as training will take place there. You must be at least 18, and you must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
Other Requirements (from job listing):
- Analytical capabilities to review customer records and determine needs based solutions
- 6 months experience in technical support/customer care/back office/accounting/sales preferred; Minimum of 1 year previous technical support/customer service experience.
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Self-starter and disciplined; not easily distracted while working at home
- Ability to multitask (Talking to clients while toggling between multiple browser screens), handling multiple chats at once
- Tech and Internet savvy
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Flexible availability to meet client demands and work a variety of shifts that MAY include days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Inbound call center experience preferred
