Stericycle Hiring Work at Home Customer Service Reps

Stericycle is hiring part-time work at home customer service agents in New York. You must be able to train for four weeks at the company’s Wantagh call center prior to beginning work from home.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

•  Three months of customer support experience preferred.
•  Computer literacy required.
•  High speed Internet access.
•  Good telephone etiquette skills such as listening and empathy necessary.
•  High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.

In this position, you will be handling basic customer support calls, collecting data, processing orders, setting appointments, collecting information, and escalating calls when needed.

You may be required to visit the Wantagh call center occasionally for additional training.
