Support.com is seeking work at home remote service technicians in multiple U.S. states. You will be assisting customers, reviewing and tracking tickets, managing credit card processing if necessary, following through on warranty requests or open tickets, documenting all support calls, and more.

- Understanding of wired and wireless home networks using multiple network technologies such as cable modems, routers, printers, etc. (DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Port Forwarding)
- Successfully pass the company’s technical test and complete the interview process
