Sutherland Global Hiring Work-at-Home Customer Support

work-at-home-customer-support-Sutherland-Global-imageSutherland Global Services is currently seeking work-at-home customer support associates.  You will be providing troubleshooting assistance and customer care, as well as educating customers about additional services available.  Specifics of this telecommute position will be discussed with applicants during the telephone interview portion of the hire process.

You must have the availability and flexibility to schedule shifts between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Sunday.  You will have a hand in scheduling your work hours.  You must have a minimum of one year of previous customer care experience.

Training is paid and offered between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST.  You must have an up-to-date Windows-based PC, analog headset, and a broadband Internet account.
